|Entry Restrictions||The promotion is only available to employees who are currently salary packaging with AccessPay and have referred a colleague who is not currently salary packaging.
Each individual may only be referred to AccessPay once.
|Promotion Period||Promotion commences 0:01am [AEST] on Monday, 18 November 2019 and ends at 11:59pm [AEST] on Tuesday, 31 December 2019.|
|Eligibility||Subject to the Entry Restrictions above, existing AccessPay customers will become eligible to receive the Referral Reward if:
a) they submit all details correctly on the referral form found at https://www.accessapay.com.au/refer-a-colleague;
b) their colleague is not already registered within AccessPay’s database and has not made direct contact with AccessPay as at the date of completion of the referral form;
c) if their colleague was referred to AccessPay multiple times, they were the first to complete the referral form;
d) the colleague that they have referred becomes an active salary packaging customer of AccessPay before the end of the Promotion Period.
Flexi eGift Card will be dispatched via email. Recipient will be able to activate and redeem their eGift Card following the instructions provided in the email. Recipient can choose which merchant or retailer they want to use the eGift Card at, from the list of participants, and they are not limited to just one store. Flexi eGift Card credit must be allocated to retailer(s) within 3 years of the award of the Referral Gift. Upon allocation to retailer(s), retailer Terms and Conditions and expiration dates will apply.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All information set out in the Schedule, including regarding the Referral Gift and eligibility forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this refer a colleague promotion (Promotion), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To qualify for the Promotion, you must be an employee of an existing client of AccessPay. You must have an existing work relationship with the person you would like to refer (Your Colleague). AccessPay reserves the right to request successful participants in the Promotion to provide proof of employment details.
You will not be eligible to receive the Referral Gift in connection with this Promotion if Your Colleague is already registered within our database or has already made direct contact with AccessPay as at the date of you completing the referral form.
Candidates can only be referred to AccessPay once. If a candidate is referred to AccessPay more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to AccessPay (with the referred person’s permission) will be eligible for a Referral Gift under this Promotion.
In addition to the above conditions, in order for you to become eligible to receive the Referral Gift, Your Colleague must become an active salary packaging customer of AccessPay prior to the end of the Promotion period.
You must not market or promote this Promotion through paid advertising channels or to the public at large (i.e. on public blog sites, search engines or in sponsored ads).
AccessPay does not take any responsibility for the cost of, or any other costs related to, the entrants’ access to AccessPay’s website or application, including but not limited to the cost of Internet connection or bandwidth usage.
AccessPay reserves the right to substitute another item of the same value for the eGift Card, at its sole discretion, from time to time and without prior notice to you.
The Referral Gift or any unused portion of the Referral Gift cannot be taken as cash.
AccessPay reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who AccessPay has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Condition, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. AccessPay’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
AccessPay reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it at any time and without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, AccessPay (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under AccessPay’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by AccessPay) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of AccessPay; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
