Danielle Crawford joined Smartgroup in 2012 as WA State Manager and then National Client Services Manager of AccessPay (acquired May 2017). Danielle was appointed General Manager Client Services – PBI Salary Packaging in March 2018.
Danielle has strong expertise working with public benevolent institutions and with the unique salary packaging benefits that apply to this sector. Prior to AccessPay, Danielle spent 7 years providing HR advice and recruitment solutions to health, disability and community care clients. Danielle has also spent time as a Development Manager on the Executive team for a Not for Profit organisation where she was responsible for business development as well as providing HR solutions and improvements.
